Hiren was wonderful the entire way through the process of making my wedding lehenga, and the final product was better than I could ever have imagined!! They used the best of fabrics and kept me updated with pictures along the way. They were prompt to reply and always made sure I was part of the process. They were able to realize the vision that I had for my outfit and made changes if required. The lehenga fit very well when it came, thanks to the sample outfits they send to try on to make sure everything is perfect—so perfect in fact that this team will be my go-to for getting outfits made!

I ordered a Sherwani online, the process was seamless. I tried contacting customer service a few times with no response; however, I realized there is a significant time difference between India and Canada. I received responses to my inquiries in a timely manner. About a month after my initial order, my item was received. The materials and color matched the online pictures 95%; it was pretty close. The quality and workmanship were at about 90%. Upon close inspection, there were a few jagged edges/stitching. There was also a few spots where the threads of the garment were pulled/snagged. These were minor issues and can only be seen through detailed inspection. I also ordered a size 40, but it’s on the tighter end; luckily I can have the buttons moved to adjust the fit. I was skeptical about ordering online, but in the end, I am a satisfied customer, and I recommend this company.
