"Design and materials were very close to what appeared online"
I ordered a Sherwani online, the process was seamless. I tried contacting customer service a few times with no response; however, I realized there is a significant time difference between India and Canada. I received responses to my inquiries in a timely manner. About a month after my initial order, my item was received. The materials and color matched the online pictures 95%; it was pretty close. The quality and workmanship were at about 90%. Upon close inspection, there were a few jagged edges/stitching. There was also a few spots where the threads of the garment were pulled/snagged. These were minor issues and can only be seen through detailed inspection. I also ordered a size 40, but it’s on the tighter end; luckily I can have the buttons moved to adjust the fit. I was skeptical about ordering online, but in the end, I am a satisfied customer, and I recommend this company.

I have bought 6 custom-made outfits, all made beautifully, fitted and to my specifications. This company delivers what it promises customers. I am delighted with each of my outfits and can't wait to wear them. Throughout the process, I was kept updated. I was even sent sample materials all the way to the UK for approval. Now that is what I call first-class customer service. Mishika is the fashion designer who helped me with the details of my outfits, advising and guiding me. I cannot sing enough praises for this team. This is by far the best Indian company I have come across and will not hesitate to purchase from them again. Highly recommended. Hiren was wonderful the entire way through the process of making my wedding lehenga, and the final product was better than I could ever have imagined!! They used the best of fabrics and kept me updated with pictures along the way. They were prompt to reply and always made sure I was part of the process. They were able to realize the vision that I had for my outfit and made changes if required. The lehenga fit very well when it came, thanks to the sample outfits they send to try on to make sure everything is perfect—so perfect in fact that this team will be my go-to for getting outfits made!

"Definitely buying from here again"
This was my first time buying, and I had my doubts. I ordered an Anarkali dress and was worried that the material would look/feel much different than it appeared in the pictures. I was also worried that the clothes would not fit right. However, the associates were incredibly patient, prompt, and helpful. I gave my body measurements, and the dress fit almost perfectly. The churidar was a bit tight, but they leave ample fabric inside so it is very easy to alter. Having looked at numerous other websites to order ethnic clothing, this one is the most trustworthy, economical, and has the best employees. In fact, after I placed my order, I requested that they send me a photo of the dress so I could see if it looked the same as it did online. Online it was a light sky blue, but in reality, it looked much darker. Therefore I exchanged the dress for a dark blue color, and this dress looks exactly the same!

First thing I have to appreciate is the Customer service. They were very prompt and pleasant to work with. Would love to buy more stuff from them. I bought two sarees and they both were gorgeous. It was just like in the picture. They every moment made sure that I am happy about what I buy. The tailor is awesome to work with too. Will definitely buy in the future too.

"Overall good quality products and timely shipping"
The shipping was quick, and the saree was excellent quality, exactly the color and style shown on the site. My petticoat was left behind by mistake, and I e-mailed the team to notify them. I also had an urgent question about the blouse piece. Both my queries were answered within 24 hours with a polite e-mail, and three days later my petticoat was shipped to me, and the matter with the blouse resolved. I will be ordering again and recommending to my friends as well.

I ordered two custom-made products: a Sherwani for my brother who got married and a party lehenga for myself. Both came back beautiful, fit perfectly, and the embroidery and stone work were gorgeous. Just based on a couple of photos and online submission of measurements, everything was perfect. My family and friends loved the Sherwani and lehenga. The team kept us informed at every stage of production, sending us embroidery patterns and samples before items were finalized. I cannot fault it.
